The estimated Cost of the Work for the project is as follows: $300,458.25. The date of substantial completion for the Work is June 30, 2023. 1. Repoint and clean brick. Remove all abandoned anchors in brick and fill holes. 2. Repair and caulk cracks in brick. (See page 39) 3. Close up and seal around all beam and tension cable openings/penetration in brick. (See page 40) 4. Infill observation openings in brick in west elevation. (5 locations) 5. Replace brick and clean/paint steel on lintel on west elevation of stadium. See page 38. 6. Repair welds on channel to back of steel beam lintel on lintel on west elevation of stadium 7. Replace bottom plate on lintel on west elevation of stadium. See page 38 8. Replace bolts on steel beam. See page 33. 9. Repair tension rod end. See page 41. 10. Remove Stadium sign on west side of stadium by others. 11. Caulk around all supports for stadium sign 12. Cover ends of stone wall coping with white aluminum flashing. 13. Seal brick 14. Re-hang stadium sign by others.
