**As of March 29, 2023, project was awarded to Confederated Construction, LLC, awarded amount is $187,036.90.** Bids are being asked for provision of all necessary labor, equipment and materials required for the installation of KPUD provided fiber cables from the existing KPUD splice case on NW Holly Rd along Lake Tahuyeh Rd NW and Gold Creek Rd NW to meet with Mason 3 Fiber at W Critter Creek Ln NW using the strand and lash construction methods along PSE poles, installation of conduit in Kitsap ROW and proof and pull of fiber through conduit, as indicated in the Construction Specifications & Contract Documents which can be found on the KPUD oint of contact for questions is Jim LeCompte, at telecombid@kpud.org; (360)-689-3132 Kitsap PUD has obtained the PSE Attachment Permit. All other permits if any are the Contractors responsibility. All work performed on this project is subject to state prevailing wage rates. Contractor must be licensed to conduct business in the State of Washington. A 5% bid guarantee is required in the form of certified or cashier's check, or surety bond.
