**As of March 8, 2023, project was awarded to Elite Surface Infrastructure, awarded amount is $963,262.10.** Reconstruction of Keyser Creek Avenue from Red Rosa Circle to Motsenbocker Road. Work includes but is not limited to 7,000 square yards of concrete pavement removal; 1,300 lineal feet of curb & gutter removal; 7,000 square yards of reconditioning; 2,375 tons of hot mix asphalt; 360 square yards of concrete pavement and 1,010 lineal feet of Type 2 gutter. In addition, there is also associated valve boxes and manhole adjustments, pavement markings and traffic control.
