**As of May 4, 2023, this project has been cancelled due to no bids received. No definite date for the rebid.** PURPOSE AND SCOPE: The West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources, Office of Health Facilities (OHHF), Mildred Mitchell-Bateman Hospital (MMBH) is soliciting bids to secure pricing for the construction and installation of a custom walk-in freezer unit within our Dietary Department located at 1530 Norway Avenue, Huntington, WV 25705. This project is to for the on-site construction, and installation of a custom walk-in freezer unit within our Dietary Department located in building 4 of the same address. The Vendor shall furnish all materials, labor, and equipment necessary to complete all Construction Services. The Vendor shall furnish any incidental work, materials, labor, and equipment that are necessary to complete the Construction Services, even if such incidental work is not explicitly included in the Project Plans. All questions must be submitted in writing. Deadline for questions is 1:30pm on January 31, 2023. Please email questions to Theresa.J.Dorsey@wv.gov all questions will be answered in the form of an addendum issued to all prospective bids.
