Reference Number : 1684638 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2023-02-06 Submission sent electronically accepted: No The Municipality of La Peche (hereinafter, the Municipality) wishes to receive tenders for the conclusion of a contract with a qualified company for the maintenance of municipal grounds, school grounds, flowerbeds and landscaping within its territory. Caution : Note that only the documents required under the terms of this call for tenders must be submitted with the tender, so as to avoid any situation that would result in the tender being restrictive or conditional. The tenderer is entirely responsible for ensuring that his tender is deposited at the office of the Municipality at the above-mentioned address. Only submissions received before the above time and date will be considered. This tender is subject to: - the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA); - the Trade and Cooperation Agreement between Quebec and Ontario (ACCQO). Any interested person or group of people interested in participating in the adjudication process covered by this call for tenders (or their representative) may file a complaint with the Municipality regarding this process until the deadline for receipt of complaints indicated on SEAO. The Municipality does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the tenders received or to incur any costs of any kind whatsoever towards the tenderer(s). In addition, the Municipality declines all responsibility with regard to one or other of the tenderers in the event of the rejection of all tenders. The contract is awarded to the conforming bidder having submitted the lowest price, if applicable, by decision of the Municipality, at its sole discretion.
