Commonwealth University - Mansfield Campus of the PA State System of Higher Education invites Mechanical Contractors, to download bid documents for this project. Work includes but not limited to construction required includes all work as shown on the drawings and included in the contract documents for the removal and replacement of existing roof mounted HVAC unit serving the Kelchner Fitness building and related electrical and mechanical support work including new adapter curb and wiring to the unit. Roof top HVAC adapter curb is a delegated design.
