Only tenderers who have obtained the specifications directly from the call for tenders system are eligible to tender. These documents are available as of now. In addition, only contractors with an establishment in Canada are authorized to bid and those covered by the applicable public procurement liberalization agreements according to the thresholds. For any additional information, the tenderer must communicate, in writing only, with the undersigned, at the following email address: deslongchampsn@mrclassomption.qc.ca and written requests must be sent no later than February 24, 2023. All past requests this deadline, will not be considered. The bid is accompanied by a bid guarantee in the form of a certified check or bank draft or a bid bond payable to the MRC de L'Assomption representing at least 10% of the amount of the bid. In addition, this bid bond must be accompanied by a performance bond in the form of a performance bond or a letter of commitment from the bidder equivalent to thirty percent (30%) of the total value of the quote including taxes. The MRC de L'Assomption does not undertake to accept neither the lowest nor any tender received and will incur no liability towards the tenderers with regard to the tenders.
