Tenders must be presented in a sealed envelope bearing the inscription "3 e et 7 e Rang - Roads and drainage works" and the tenderer must be clearly identified therein. To be considered, any tender must be accompanied by a tender guarantee as described in article IV-1.1 of the "Notice to tenderers" of standard BNQ 1809-900/2019. The tender, the guarantee to accompany it as well as all the other documents to be provided will be deemed valid for a period of 60 days . The tenderer must take this obligation into account when having the documents in question completed by others.
