Upgrades to the existing McCully Street Fire Pump Booster Station, including the 240,000-gallon gunite wire wrapped reservoir, the fire booster pumps and motor starters, the main electrical service entrance, the existing landline "loop system" and panel, and the existing piping arrangement in the pumphouse. TIMELINE: The owner is seeking the services of an engineering consultant to complete a condition assessment report, and a preliminary design report with detailed cost estimates. Scope of work and schedules for detailed design, tender and construction to be determined pending completion of the study. Further update in spring 2023. *Construction budget to be determined.
