Remove and replace: pumps including piping and instrumentation, pump hatches, floats in the wet well, sluice gate and guides, exhaust ventilation in the wet well, exhaust fan in control room, MCC (Motor Control Center), PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply), doors and false windows in control room, exterior hatches, asphalt pavement, sidewalk, interior and exterior lighting, and existing fencing with wrought iron fencing. Rehabilitate concrete and lining in wet well and brickwork in maintenance holes. Remove and apply new paint. Construct new flood wall around generator. Bypass
