Reference number : 1684863 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2023-02-06 The Center Lebourgneuf waste oil tank was installed in 1992. It is a 2,000 gallon underground tank made of double-walled steel that is fixed on a concrete slab. It is located between garage doors 47 and 48. Since the tank is at the end of its useful life, it was recommended to replace it, as a preventive measure, with an above-ground tank in order to comply with the new government standards. An environmental site survey is underway to verify if the soils around the reservoir are contaminated. The results will be available as soon as the report is submitted. Réseau de transport de la Capitale therefore wishes to award a Contract for the replacement of the waste oil tank. The works consist briefly of: site preparation; the installation of a temporary reservoir; draining the oil from the underground reservoir; demolition of existing piping; asphalt cutting; the demolition of the concrete slab; excavation and disposal of spoil; filling the excavation and compacting; construction of the cleanliness base and bollards; asphalt recovery; the installation of the new tank; connecting the new pump and piping; the start-up of the pumping network; final cleaning of the site; the arrangement of the material. Depending on the results of the environmental study, the excavated material must be reused or disposed of in appropriate sites.
