As of 02/17/2023 The start date has not been determined. All lead service replacement work shall be completed by April 15, 2023 for private side contractor connections by April 21, 2023. All work shall be completed and ready for final acceptance by May 19, 2023 Bids from Bidders not on the Plan Holders List may be returned as being not responsive. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond equal to at least 10% of the maximum bid as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted, the Contractor will, within 10 days of receipt of the Notice of Award, furnish the Owner with a Performance and Payment Bond equal to the Contract price. The Village of Mount Horeb reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any technicality, and to accept any bid that it deems advantageous.
