The tenderer must have an establishment in Quebec or in one of the territories covered by the applicable public procurement liberalization agreements. The bidder must submit with his bid a bid security equivalent to ten percent (10%) of the price submitted in the form of a certified check or bank draft drawn on a Canadian chartered bank or credit union. , payable to the order of Ville de L'Île-Perrot, or a bond valid for the entire period during which the tender must remain in force. The City does not undertake to accept either the lowest or any of the tenders received and incurs no obligation or costs towards the tenderer.
