Site work for a water / sewer project in Thornton, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Thornton requires Consultant to perform Construction Management/Resident Engineer (CM/RE) Services for the Thornton Water Project (TWP), Segment B of the TWP to be constructed in Weld County, and the future growth areas of Firestone, Frederick and Dacono (approximately 15 miles of 42" diameter pipeline and appurtenances). Construction shall be performed by a Contractor awarded by Thornton separate from this Agreement.
