Replacement of 2 fan/coil units and associated condensing units. 2. Replacement of 2 existing low ambient mini split units in the IT room. 3. Replacement of 1 existing low ambient mini split unit in the Electrical Rm 4. Installation of 1 new low ambient mini split in the ECC Room. 5. Installation of an air quality bypass ducting system serving with advanced filtering and disinfection for the ECC and EOC rm 6. Installation of ducting from the ECC room to the radio room. 7. Replacement of an exhaust fan in the radio room. 8. Installation of new receptacles for dispatch consoles and new equipment 9. And other work as specified in the plans "Teton County Emergency Operations Center, Project 220663" and specifications. 10. Integration and upgrade of controls system per Teton County Specification and Standard *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
