Request for Service Will Be Considered Anemergency if It is to Correct a Malfunction or Adjust the Equipment and Requires Immediate Attentioneither Due to Passenger Entrapment, Loss of Access to a Floor, or Complete Loss of Elevator Service. Anemergency Call Will Necessitate an Elevator Mechanic Be on Site Within 2 Hours of Receiving Initial Call. othese Callbacks Will Not Incur Any Costs as This Term Does Not Include Any Correction Adjustment Thatrequires More Than One Technician or More Than Two Hours to Complete. oemergency Callbacks That Require More Than One Technician and More Than Two Hours to Complete Willincur a Cost of: ocontractor Shall Provide All Labor and Code Complaint Material to Complete the Scope. oresponse to Callbacks During Regular Working Hours Shall Be Within an Average of 4 Hours Ofnotification. oservice Shall Be Performed During Regular Operating Hours (8 Am-5 Pm) Monday-friday Withexception of Holidays, Unless It is an Emergency. ocontractor Shall Haul Away All Material From Jobsite. ocontractor Shall Not Subcontract Work Unless It is a Major Component Needing a Qualified Supplier. orequired Permits Will Be Provided by the Contractor ocontractor Shall Provide Warranty on Parts and Labor.
