For Plumbing Pre-qualification To provide all labor, supervision, equipment, materials and expertise required to perform Plumbing Services in the City of Upper Arlington, Ohio as specified herein. Since the work is for a skilled trade, it must be performed by a company which derives the majority of its annual income from Plumbing Services, and whose employees are highly trained and skilled in all phases of Plumbing Services. The City of Upper Arlington is seeking proposals to competitively pre-qualify Plumbing vendors for the Parks & Recreation Department. This contract will enable the Parks & Recreation Department to request quotes and engage the selected vendors on an "as needed" basis from a competitively awarded contract. In the case of an emergency in which immediate service is needed, the City may request services without a quote based on the bidder's Cost Summary rates (worksheet on last page). Question Cutoff Date: 2/2/2023 08:00 AM (ET) The initial term of the Pre-qualification will run from the date of award through December 31, 2023. The Contractor must possess and maintain a current and valid Ohio contractor's license(s) in the classification(s) required by law to perform the work for the duration of the contract (e.g. Plumbing). Contractor must also be registered with the City of Upper Arlington. Contractor must also maintain appropriate insurance as required by the City's terms and conditions.
