Proposal Notice for: Texas A&M Bright Area Development Manhattan Construction, the Construction Manager-at-Risk, is soliciting subcontractor competitive proposals for the Bright Area Development Scope of work being solicited at this time include Misc trades on Indoor Practice Facility, Misc trades on Kyle Field Suites and Misc trades on Bright Level 2 renovation. Proposals shall be submitted in accordance with the instructions to bidders (via electronically) to Manhattan Construction. This project has a 26% HUB participation goal and HUB firms are strongly encouraged to submit, and non-HUB firms are encouraged to include and identify HUB participation included in their bids.
