Demolition, site work and addition to a water / sewer project in Dixon, California. Conceptual plans call for the addition of a water / sewer project; for the demolition of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The City is requesting a RFQ from consulting to provide planning, engineering, architectural, and design services for the expansion and upgrade to the City's Wastewater Treatment Facility (WWTF). The City is planning a series of high profile capital improvements to its WWTF that are critical to continue to reliably serve the Dixon community as it grows. The Consultant's primary effort for this qualification will be the design of upgrades and capacity increases. The consultant will be expected to effectively organize and co-manage workflow with City staff, implement quality controls/assurances, achieve performance parameters (i.e., budget, schedules, milestones, and deadlines), engage staff collaboratively, present and co-lead public meetings, and generally conduct work professionally and productively. The method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this time. As of January 31, 2023, the due date and time has been confirmed with the owner.
