PURPOSE AND DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES Cal OES is seeking qualified Contractors to provide Waste Removal and Disposal Services. The Contractor is responsible for meeting all of the required licenses and certifications required to perform the scope of services set forth in this solicitation. The Governors Office of Emergency Services is seeking a Contractor to provide waste collection and disposal services at Cal OES Headquarters, located at 3650 Schriever Avenue, Mather, CA 95655. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, permits, fees, licenses, and transportation necessary to remove normal waste products.
