The Contractor shall provide all the necessary engineering, material procurement, management, labor, materials, tools, equipment, supplies, services, components, and disposal and comply with the contract's General Conditions to successfully complete the replacement of existing HVAC units and EMCS scope of work to the satisfaction of the Owner. This project is funded by ESSER Funds emphasizes energy savings and air quality. All replacement units shall meet the minimum efficiency requirements shown in the specifications. The project is broken down into 4 packages Package 1 - West Avenue, Brook Avenue and provident Heights Package 2 - Crestview Package 3 - Cedar Ridge Package 4 - Controls Replacements for Cedar Ridge, Hillcrest and Parkdale This bid is being issued to provide Replacement HVAC Equipment at West Avenue, Brook Avenue, Provident Heights, Crestview and Cedar Ridge. We are also requesting Controls replacements at Cedar Ridge, Hillcrest and Parkdale. These projects are divided into four (4) packages. A bidder may bid on one or all packages and as such, the packages will be evaluated and awarded separately.
