Site work and paving for a civil project in Normal, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; bridge / tunnel; and water / sewer project.

This project consists of approximately 1,700 CY Earth Excavation, 1,900 CY Furnished Excavation, 1,500 TON HMA Binder and Surface Courses, 2,700 SY HMA Base Course, 2,300 TON Sub-base Granular Material, 2,400 LF Curb & Gutter, 100 SY PCC Pavement, 260 LF RCCP Storm Sewer, 2 Manholes, 15 Inlets, 30 LF 4' x 3' Box Culvert Extension, and installation of Traffic Signals with fiber optic interconnect, and all other necessary items and incidentals required to complete this project according to the plans and specifications. The Town of Normal reserves the right to reject any or all bids received. The bid award will be made by the Town Council and their decision will be final.
