The City is seeking qualified Architectural, Engineering, Surveying and Geotechnical Professional Services for the City of Lancaster during the defined contract period(s) approved by the governing body. The City is seeking to select up to five (5) firms per project category and establish a contractual relationship for the purpose of assisting the City with all or some of the aspects of planning, design, survey, and construction administration of future capital improvement projects. The selected firm(s) will be retained to provide the design and construction services necessary to implement the projects once funded. The City anticipates awarding multiple contracts (minimum of three) based on the award criteria for the different disciplines.
