For Pleasant Valley High School West Chiller Equipment The general nature of the work is as follows: Removal of the existing PV HS West Chiller and associated piping. Installation of a new Owner purchased Chiller and new associated piping and specialties. Work shall commence on or about October 2, 2023 and must be substantially completed on October 27, 2023. Contractors should not include sales tax in their bid. Upon receipt of the proper information about the contractor/subcontractors, the District will issue an exemption certificate to the Contractor and/or subcontractors for the purchase of building materials, supplies and equipment to be used on this project only. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 30 days after the date of the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids. It is the intent of the Owner to award a contract to the lowest responsible, responsive bidder provided the bid has been submitted in accordance with the bidding requirements. The Owner reserves the right to waive informalities or irregularities. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Submit your offer on the Bid Form provided.
