Estimated budget $200,000 - $300,000. The work under this contract includes the construction of a building with a men's and women's toilet battery. the square footage is 575 sf. The building will consist of concrete footings, a concrete slab, load bearing concrete masonry walls with brick veneer, light gauge metal framing, insulation and a standing seam metal panel roof. Each Proposal must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of the Contract Amount indicated in the Proposal, prepared on the form of Bid Bond that is part of the Proposal Documents, duly executed by the Proposer as principal and having as surety thereon a surety company licensed to do business in the State of Georgia and listed in the latest issue of U.S. Treasury Circular 570. The successful Proposer for this Contract shall be required to furnish a Performance Bond and Payment Bond, satisfactory to the Owner, each in the amount of 100% of the Contract Price. The Owner will deem and determine (in writing) its offer to be most advantageous to the Owner, and, subject to its right to reject any such proposal or engage in further discussions, negotiations and revisions with said proposer, will award the Contract to such proposer. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
