MANDATORY PREBID CONFERENCE Southern Crescent Technical College will be hosting an onsite Mandatory Pre-bid Conference for this project. The conference will include a meeting to discuss the scope of work and site visit to view the areas associated with the project. Review the details below for more information. Project Plans are available at no charge and may be downloaded directly from the bid event. TCSG will not accept paper bids or bid documents submitted by any other means.
