Renovation of a multi-residential development in Kodiak, Alaska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
Alaska Housing Finance Corporation (AHFC) is seeking proposals for the design/build for the replacement of all existing windows, interior blinds, siding, weather barrier trim, soffit, fascia wrap, flashing, and all associated trim-board at AHFC Housing Facility known as Pacific Terrace. Question Deadline and Submittal location: DATE: February 7, 2023 PREVAILING TIME: 4:00 PM EMAIL: submittals@ahfc.us Estimated Amount of Proposed Contract: $500,000 or greater Replacement of all existing windows, interior blinds, siding, weather barrier, trim, soffit, fascia wrap, flashing, and all associated trim boards at AHFC's Housing Facility known as Pacific Terrace. Property Address is 1018 Pillar Mountain Road. Property consists of 14 separate buildings. The successful Contractor should field verify prior to proposal submission. Provide the removal and disposal of existing fiber cement siding, soffit, fascia wrap, flashing and all associated trim boards, and the installation of new 26 gauge double 5" lap steel or vinyl siding, or approved equal, soffit, fascia wrap, flashing and all associated trim boards. Existing gutters to be temporarily removed for new fascia wrap and then securely reinstalled. There are approximately 2500 linear feet of metal gutters and 500 linear feet of metal downspouts. All work relating to this project must be completed within 365 days
