The Suffolk Redevelopment and Housing Authority (SRHA), Housing Operations Division hereby seeks the services of qualified vacant unit turnaround contractors for unit turnaround services at Hoffler Apartments, Chorey Park Apartments and Colander Bishop Meadows Apartments. All locations are throughout the city of Suffolk, VA. The SRHA reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality in the bidding. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days subsequent to the opening of bids without the consent of the SRHA.
