Site work and paving for a playground / park / athletic field in Saint John, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and for paving for a playground / park / athletic field.
The town of Rothesay is seeking qualified Contractors to submit bids for a Pickleball Court - Phase II Project. Work shall include but not limited to asphalt paving, court surfacing, line painting, concrete, chain link fencing, and all incidental work, such as grading, as per contract documents. TENDER SUBMISSION MUST INCLUDE A SECURITY DEPOSIT EQUAL TO 10% OF THE OVERALL BID AMOUNT INCLUDING HST. SECURITY DEPOSIT MAY BE SUBMITTED IN THE FORM OF A BOND OR CERTIFIED CHEQUE. Tender packages shall be purchased from Rothesay Town Hall Monday to Friday 8:00am until 12:00pm (noon) and 1:00pm until 4:30pm. The cost for the tender package is $25. The acceptable methods of payment include cash, cheque or debit. The Town DOES NOT accept credit card payments.
