Renovation of a mixed-use development in Watkinsville, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Any and all questions relating to the content, timeline, or requirements outlined in this RFP, as well as the associated proposals, should be made via email to: rwhite@oconeeschools.org. Oconee County Schools is seeking proposals for network components for a new Instructional Support Center. As part of this project, vendor will: 1. Install and configure five switches on the main floor and seven switches on the second floor 2. Organize and supply patch cables and label as needed 3. Install and configure the outdoor access points 4. Provide same-day support for critical network problems 5. Observe all best practices and provide a thorough documentation and knowledge transfer to complete the project 6. Provide pricing for your hourly rate and any other expenses the district would be responsible for to complete system installation 7. Work under the supervision and guidance of the Chief Technology Officer and Network Specialists Services/equipment included within this agreement shall be delivered from April 1st, 2024 until May 31st, 2024. All installations and services should be completed by June 3rd, 2024 for signoff by an OCS designee. Depending on the total cost and availability of funding, the district may choose to utilize its IT staff to install and configure network switches. This decision will be made based on the availability of funding and the overall cost of the project.
