Phases 100 through 700 are to be included. MSP noted the scope to be as follows: Lobby renovation doesn't include HVAC. Include the following: Reception desk remodeling. Carpet replacement. Paint walls and interior doors window frames as needed. Lights - need to check at the walkthrough Canopy - need to check at the walkthrough. Doors, entrance & vestibule. Cameras- by MSP contractor. Entrance and vestibule door access - by MSP contractor. Alternate or Phase II - Apply ballistic film to selected exterior windows. 1965 PA 166, MCL 408.551 to 408.558 (law relating to prevailing wages on state projects) and a finding that the bidder failed to pay the wages and/or fringe benefits due within the period required.A willful or persistent violation of the Michigan Occupational Health and Safety Act, 1974, PA 154, MCL 408.10001 to 408.1094, including: a criminal conviction, repeated willful violations that are final orders, repeated violations that are final orders, and failure to abate notices that are final orders.
