The scope of work shall consist of the following operations including but not limited to: Site demolition, installation of 4-ft high chain link fence, 3-ft and 10-ft gates, 4-ft metal picket fence and gates, and any or all incidentals necessary to complete the project. Bids shall include all labor, materials, and installation. Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope marked "PES Playground Fencing". Note that all personnel working on school property must have a background check while students are on campus.
