This Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued by Livingston Parish Public Schools to obtain competitive proposals as allowed by Louisiana Revised Statute 38:2237 from bona fide, qualified proposers who are interested in providing the requested devices as specified in this document. This includes providing networking hardware as described herein; including warranty, damage protection, and software licensing. Proposers should submit pricing to offer all requested options. The intent of this RFP is to provide networking hardware for new school construction and renovation projects as well as upgrade current hardware where needed. Some of these components will be eligible for ERATE and some components will not be eligible for ERATE. This RFP will serve to include both eligible and non-eligible components. Each vendor must provide their SPIN NUMBER for ERATE eligible components. Inquiries regarding vendor qualifications, existing infrastructure, and technical requirements should be directed, in writing, to Denee Aydell at denee.aydell@lpsb.org by Thursday, February 2, 2023. The words, "Networking Hardware RFP Clarification" must appear in the subject line Contract pricing for purchasing on all requested networking hardware for a 2- year term. Vendors may propose different contract lengths but 2 years is preferred.
