Renovation of a mixed-use development in Springdale, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to gather information from construction managers to be used by the Springdale School District to select a construction firm to perform district roof repairs/replacements. Companies responding to this RFQ must have experience in new construction as well as renovation and upgrades to existing buildings and sites. Selected construction managers will be responsible for bid package development, pricing (to include overall Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) total with individual GMP's for each location subtotals), subcontractor pricing and selection, scheduling, project coordination and construction oversight, project closeout and warranties. In addition, construction managers will provide the district with pre-construction and construction-related services and solutions in order to meet the district's needs within its' financial constraints.
