Renovation of a mixed-use development in Villa Rica, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.

The City of Villa Rica is seeking a well-qualified company to furnish and install a 20 foot by 45 foot, steel, gable style pavilion/shelter. At the City's V-Plex playground, there is an allocated section that has been selected with the intent of having a sheltered pavilion installed. This pavilion will be placed on an EXISTING, concrete slab. The slab's dimensions are 20 foot by 60 foot. Question Deadline Feb 17, 2023 SCOPE OF WORK o To furnish and install one "twenty foot by forty-five-foot" gable style shelter on our existing slab. o The structure, fasteners, and equipment shall comply with all present and presiding building code. o The structure will have no sides or sections covered except for the roof itself. o The structure design will be approved by the City of Villa Rica, prior to engaging with any company. Please submit design options along with the proposal. o The shelter will be metal in type. o Pre-Fab structure is recommended but will consider a custom fabrication. o Roof Pitch shall be a 4:12 or close. o The final color choices will be decided after a bidder has been chosen. o There will be no electrical work required. o Please see the photos below to reference a pavilion that the City of Villa Rica currently has at another location. Staff would like the new pavilion to be close in style and design, if possible. o Please attach a drawing, sketch, or visual reference of the proposed new structure, to your proposal
