STATEMENT OF WORK: Door Maintenance 1. Title Provide preventive maintenance and emergency repair service at the VA North Texas Facilities. Scope of Work Schedule Maintenance & Inspection: Contractor shall maintain and inspect all equipment listed in the "List of Doors & Locations: section of this solicitation, on a monthly basis, in accordance with the manufactures' recommendation. Prevention maintenance (PM) inspections shall be accomplished each month. Service shall include but not be limited to door calibration and adjustment, tightening of door hardware, lubrication, compressor check, air line check, and electrical line check. See pricing note below. 4) Offeror must submit any required evaluation information stated in the Basis for Award. *Pricing: Offeror shall submit line item pricing that incorporates all the requirements within the Statement of Work. Contractor shall submit unit prices rounded to the nearest hundredth. Please ensure unit price and total amounts are correct. Period for acceptance of offers: The offeror agrees to hold the prices in its offer firm for 60 calendar days from the date specified for receipt of offers.
