The successful Bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory Payment and Performance Bonds for the full amount of the Contract. Bids shall be executed on bid forms provided with the bidding documents in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. If you have obtained this solicitation by download from the internet; it is the responsibility of the bidder to email lhinson@lexsc.com to be registered as a potential bidder to receive any subsequent amendments. Deadline for questions is February 22, 2023 at 5:00PM. All questions must be submitted in writing.
