Arkansas Tech University is requesting Sealed Bids from qualified licensed contractors to execute the scope of work to remove and replace domed roof and integral gutter system, repair or replace damaged or deteriorated decking, and remove and replace roof above main entry vestibule at Tucker Coliseum. New roofing to be SBS modified system over domed roof with PVC KEE fleece-back system with an inner ply membrane at lower roofs, rigid insulation, and nail base over existing deck. Total square footage of roof replacement is approximately 40,500 square feet. Bidder questions will be received and responded to until 10:00 AM on Thursday, February 16, 2023. A 5% Bid Bond or Cashier's Check is required.Bids must include the cost of Performance Bond and Payment Bond.Bidders shall conform to the requirements of the Arkansas licensing laws and regulations for contractors and shall be licensed before a bid is submitted. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive any formalities.
