The City of Orange Township is not responsible for late delivery by the United States Postal Service or any other carrier. Each bid must be accompanied by the Consent of Surety Form and a guarantee which shall be in the amount of 10% of the bid, but not in excess of $20,000.00, except as otherwise provided herein, and may be given, at the option of the bidder by certified check, cashier's check or bid bond made payable to the City of Orange Township. Bidders must use and fully complete the proposal pages included with specifications furnished by the owner with all requirements attached thereto. Failure to do so will constitute grounds of disqualification. The City Council of the City of Orange Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any informalities or irregularities in bids received which in their opinion will be in the best interest of the City of Orange Township, or for reasons required by law.
