A brief description of work in the project as follows: The existing light fixtures and poles and electrical service shall be removed complete. Existing cable shall be removed from underground conduit systems. Owner furnished poles and fixtures shall be assembled and installed complete by electrical contractor including bored base, directional bored conduit, pull boxes, wiring, control cabinet, complete for a fully functional project. New electrical service shall be provided. Fixtures shall be aimed, and system qualified by manufacturer for guaranteed lighting levels as outlined in construction documents. All work shall be per construction documents. Bidder representative shall be a permanent employee of the bidder with knowledgeable of sports lighting and electrical systems, and all items on the plans, and the Guilford County Schools bidding process. Bidders must be properly licensed for the work in accordance with Section 87 of the North Carolina General Statutes.
