Site work and paving for a road / highway in Prescott, Arizona. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

DESCRIPTION: This project generally consists of the reconstruction of Haisley Road from Banning Creek Road to the intersection of Valley Ranch Circle. The project will narrow the roadway width and add a sidewalk on the south side of the project limits by protecting the northside curb, removing and reconstructing the southern curb, full depth reconstruction of the existing pavement section and miscellaneous items including storm drain upgrades and driveway tie-ins. Any bid received at or after 2:00pm on the referenced date will be returned unopened The City of Prescott reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, and/or some or all of the alternates bid, and waive any informality deemed in the best interest of the City and to reject the bids of any persons who have been delinquent or unfaithful in any contract with the City Requests for information must be received by the Project Manager by 5:00 PM on Thursday, February 23, 2023. Responses or addenda will be issued no later than 12:00 PM on Monday, February 27, 2023.
