The contractor will be responsible for performing a survey of the site and submitting a proposed grading plan for government review prior to commencing construction for the area identified on sheet 2 of the 127th CES prepared drawings. The Contractor will be required to change localized grades in the area specified in section 1.2.2. in order to provide positive drainage from sheet flow of precipitation and/or snow melt from South Perimeter Road, shoulders, roadside ditches, and adjacent vegetated spaces.
