Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Garden City, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The project consists of crack sealing, sealcoating and restriping of seven parking lots in Garden City. The anticipated start date, weather permitting, is June 1, 2023 and completed by August 1, 2023. Two (2) copies of the bid proposals shall be submitted to: Matthew Miller, City Clerk City of Garden City 6000 Middlebelt Road Garden City, MI 48135 The OWNER reserves the right to waive any information or to reject any and/or all bids. Bidders may not withdraw their bid within 60 days after the date of bid opened. The OWNER and ENGINEER will further assess the bids based on the following criteria.
