Site work for a golf course in Springboro, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a golf course.
The Engineer's estimate of cost is $3,250,000 not including the 10% contingency. The proposed work contains, but is not limited to, the following estimated major items: 1. Irrigation Heads, As Per Plan 1450 Each 2. 4 inch HDPE Pipe, As Per Plan 10,000 L.F. 3. 2 inch HDPE Pipe, As Per Plan 75,000 L.F. The City of Springboro, Ohio reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities in bidding. Questions will be accepted via email to City Engineer, Chad Dixon, at Chad.dixon@cityofspringboro.com, until Wednesday, March 7, 2023 by 12:00pm (noon). Work may begin August 12, 2024 as weather allows and shall be COMPLETED AND ACCEPTABLE BY March 14, 2025.
