Work of this contract includes removals and repair of spalled/delaminated concrete of canopy ceiling, overhangs, and columns, and the exterior concrete restoration of building facades and demolition / PCB abatement work. All work on this Contract shall start no later than May 15, 2023 and be at substantially complete no later than August 11, 2023, and fully complete by November 1, 2023. CR Number: 2094481. Security will be required for each bid in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the Total Bid. All work shall be in accordance with construction drawings and specifications. Contractor must be able to secure a performance bond for the full amount of their bid and should be prepared to anticipate a value in excess of $2,600,000 for this project.
