The City of Burbank, Burbank Water and Power ("BWP") is the operating agent for Southern California Public Power Authority (SCPPA), a joint powers agency created under California law, which has acquired the assets of the Tieton Hydropower Project for the purposes of providing those of its members participating in the project with hydroelectric energy from the project. Tieton Hydropower Project located at 33924 US Hwy 12, Naches, WA 98937. The Project has been in operation since 2006 and averages 48,000 MWh of electric generation annually from two generators. BWP currently contracts for operation and maintenance (O&M) services on the site, on behalf of SCPPA. Contractor shall provide Operation, Maintenance and O&M Management Services ("Services") to BWP with regard to the Project and as required for the operation of the Project in accordance with best utility practices. Under any final arrangements included in the Agreement, Contractor will be fully responsible for providing sufficient competent staffing to perform routine, day-to-day operations, and maintenance of the Project, as well as support of improvements or upgrades.
