The SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry requests your consideration for Construction-Related Backdrop Term Consultant Agreements for 2023-2026. Attached for your completion in this matter is the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) with instructions. The Backdrop Term Consultant Agreements shall be for a three-year (3) term. The maximum cumulative value of consulting services for each Agreement will be $3,500,000 and the single project consultant fee limit under each Agreement will be $500,000. There will be three (3) - six (6) consultants awarded Agreements under this RFQ. No value of work is implied or guaranteed to any consultant awarded this contract, but a sample listing of anticipated projects under this Agreement has been attached to this cover letter for your use in responding to the RFQ.
