The City of Philadelphia (City), acting through the Philadelphia Water Department (PWD, or the Department), is seeking responses, through this Request for Proposal (RFP), from qualified organizations to assist the PWD with an engineering and community engagement project. This is a multifaceted project that interweaves both engineering and community engagement objectives. The project is to advance the study of strategies to mitigate flooding from the historic Wingohocking Creek watershed/sewershe... As of April 7, 2025, the project is currently under negotiation stage. Information regarding short-listed firms has not been disclosed. A timeline to select a design firm has not been released.
