The Work provides for stream improvements of Miller Creek between S 144th Way and the confluence with the East Fork Miller Creek approximately 450 feet east of Des Moines Memorial Drive (DMMD) including two stream crossing structures at the Miller Creek Trail and Des Moines Memorial Drive (DMMD). Project work includes: temporary erosion control, temporary traffic control, clearing and grubbing, excavation and embankment, culvert replacement, stream channel work, large woody debris installation retaining walls, planing existing pavement, hot mix asphalt (HMA) paving, curb, sidewalk, traffic markings, stormwater conveyance and stormwater facilities, urban amenities and landscaping, utility adjustments including large diameter water ma in, and other work in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications. The Engineer's Estimate is between $3,600,000 to $3,900,000.
