Town of Springdale, Utah The Town of Springdale seeks proposals to redesign and construct the George A. Barker River Park at 1751 Zion Park Blvd. The Town is seeking a qualified landscape architect that can provide exceptional design services, conduct community and stakeholder engagement events, identify and select qualified contractors to complete construction, and manage relationships with contractors and subcontractors to complete all aspects of the project from design to completion.
